FIAT DINO 2400 SPIDERBlue sera with original black vinyl. 40000 miles from new. Originally owned by Pininfarina themselves and used by Sergio Pininfarina, it was lent to Sergio's friend Bernard Cahier to whom It was eventually 'given' by Sergio! The car features in Mike Morris's book 'Ferrari by another name' which was written whilst Cahier still owned it, although contrary to the book the car never went to California but lived in Evian, see adjoining photos. I bought it in 2007 with a further two owners. The car is totally original apart from being resprayed by Pininfarina in the late eighties. It has been maintained by Rardley and SMDG among others. 2.4 litre Ferrari V6, ZF gearbox, Borg Warner limited slip diff, ventilated disc brakes all round with four piston calipers to the front, independent rear suspension and the first production car to have electronic ignition. The rarest of all the 2.4 dino engined cars including the Lancia stratos at 426.
